UK Shipping
- Free UK delivery on all orders
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information by email depending on the courier used.
International Shipping
We currently focus on UK orders, but international shipping may become available in the future.
Delays
During busy periods, holidays or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Bottoud is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances can only be returned if:
- The item is unused
- The packaging is unopened
- The item is returned in its original condition
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
