Shipping policy

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Busy periods, public holidays and courier delays may affect delivery times.

Delivery help

For tracking, address changes or delivery issues, email bottoud@gmail.com with your order number. Please tell us promptly about an incorrect address or a missing delivery so we can help.

International delivery

We currently focus on UK orders. International shipping may become available in the future.
