Shopping with Bottoud

These terms apply when you browse bottoud.com or place an order with Bottoud. We are a UK fragrance retailer offering perfumes and gift sets from a range of brands. For questions about a product or order, email bottoud@gmail.com or use https://bottoud.com/pages/contact.

Products and fragrance information

Product pages describe the fragrance, size, price and availability. We aim to keep this information accurate and current. Colours may vary between screens, and packaging may change between batches. Fragrance descriptions are intended as a guide: how a perfume develops and how long it lasts can vary with skin, application and conditions.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless another currency is expressly shown. The checkout displays the total payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you confirm your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and eligibility.

Orders and availability

Please check your items, quantities, email and delivery address before placing an order. We will send an order acknowledgement to the email address you provide. If an item becomes unavailable or there is an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain and agree the next step. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will refund any payment taken for that item.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, with estimated delivery 2–5 working days after dispatch. These times are estimates and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Our shipping policy provides further details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

For online change-of-mind cancellations, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Please contact us for return instructions and follow the requirements for transporting perfume. Our refund policy explains cancellation, return, refund and faulty-item arrangements. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security. Bottoud branding and original site content belong to Bottoud or their respective rights holders. Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. You can manage optional cookie preferences using the website’s cookie controls.

Questions and complaints

If something is wrong, please email bottoud@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Updates

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. Changes will not remove rights that apply to an order already placed.
